Booking and payment
A reservation is confirmed only after payment succeeds. Until then the slot is held for a short window and released if payment does not complete. Prices are set by each venue and shown before you pay.
Cancellations
You may cancel before the slot starts, subject to the venue’s cancellation window shown on its page. Refund handling for the MVP is full-refund-or-nothing; partial refunds come later.
The venue relationship
ReservePolomolok connects you to independent venues. The venue is responsible for the court, its condition, and honouring confirmed bookings. We are responsible for the booking and payment flow.
Acceptable use
Do not book slots you do not intend to use, attempt to manipulate prices or availability, or interfere with the service.
These terms are a starting point for the MVP and will be revised as features ship.
