What we collect
When you reserve a court, we collect your name, email, and mobile number so the venue can identify your booking and reach you. We do not create a password-based account in this version.
Payments
Payments are handled by a third-party processor. When that is live, card and e-wallet details are entered on the processor’s page, not ours, and we never see or store them. We keep a payment reference to match a booking to its payment.
Who sees your booking
The venue you book sees the booking details you provide. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone outside the venue and our payment processor.
Deleting your data
To have your booking records removed, email the address on the venue page. As the platform grows, a self-serve deletion option will be added.
This is a starter policy for the MVP and will be expanded as features that change the data flow ship.
